About Rubio

Adrian "Rubio Fuerte" Preuss is a nutritional scientist from Hamburg, Germany. He was degreed at the University of Vienna in 2018.

After his short career as a professional athlete and working with primarily professional athletes in performance optimization for a couple of years, he switched his research focus to women's, maternal, and children's health and nutrition optimization.

His ambition is to give mothers a lobby due to the apparent mainstream denigration of women's and mothers' health, strength, and critical thinking ability, positively impacting the current and future generations with his methods, backed by evidence.

Rubio identifies gender-specific differences, especially in mothers, as unique strengths that we should benefit from instead of suppressing them, harming genuine femininity, masculinity, and our society.
